Standard, recurring, deep, move-out, condo and carpet cleaning for homes across north and central Tampa, quoted as one flat number before the crew arrives. Locally owned, 20-plus years in the trade, and rated 4.9 stars on Google.
Yes, we clean homes in Tampa, and this is what a visit covers
Our crews come into Tampa every week from Wesley Chapel, down I-275 and Bruce B. Downs. Bungalows in Seminole Heights, townhomes off Fowler, condos in the Channel District and family homes in Forest Hills all get the same thing: a whole-home clean, one price agreed up front, and a walk-through before we leave. You pay once the work is done and you are happy with it.
Vacuumed and mopped edge to edge, sand and grit included.
Inside the oven or fridge, window tracks or the lanai? Ask when you book and it goes on the same visit. The Tampa deep cleaning page lists everything a deep clean adds.
One of our crew working the blinds and sills in a breakfast nook. Blinds are on the standard scope, not an add-on.
Two of the crew mid-visit: one on the kitchen counter, one at the sliding doors. Products and equipment all come with them.
Booking to first visit
How your first Tampa cleaning comes together
Four steps from first message to finished home. Nothing is charged until the last one.
Send the basics
Call or text the bedroom and bathroom count, the neighborhood, house or condo, and the service you want. Photos help if it has been a while.
Get one flat quote
A single figure for the whole job, not an hourly rate that keeps climbing. Add-ons are listed separately.
The crew arrives with everything
Supplies and equipment are ours. Prefer fragrance-free or pet-safe? Leave it out and we use yours. Keys, lockboxes and door codes are all fine.
Walk-through, then payment
Check the rooms with the crew before they go. Anything missed is redone free, and you pay once it is right.
Pricing approach
Five things that set the price of a Tampa house cleaning
Quotes are flat and free, built from the same five inputs every time. The number you get back is the number you pay.
01
Size of the home
Bedroom and bathroom count matters more than square footage; bathrooms are where the time goes.
02
Current condition
Months without a proper clean starts as a deep clean; a maintained home starts as a standard visit.
03
How often we come
Weekly and bi-weekly plans are priced below a one-time clean, since each visit has less to recover.
04
Add-ons you choose
Inside the oven or fridge, window tracks, a lanai or a same-day carpet shampoo each add a set amount.
05
Access and parking
Garage-only parking or concierge check-in downtown takes a little longer. Tell us up front and it is in the quote, not added later.
The number is fixed before anyone knocks
No deposits, no fine print. If the home needs more than was described, the crew says so before starting, not after.
Photos straight off the crew's phones; reviews copied word for word from our Google profile.
A great room at the end of a visit: floors mopped through to the sliders, the crew's kit still sitting on the bar.Kitchen island, sink and faucet done. The crew's cloths are still on the counter; the client's coffee was left where it was.

Things Tampa homeowners ask before their first booking
Can you clean a condo downtown or in the Channel District, with building access rules?
Yes. Most buildings only need a name on the front-desk visitor list or a fob left with the concierge, and we handle garage or visitor parking on our side. Tell us the building's service hours when you book so the visit lands inside them.
Do you work around dogs and cats, and are the products safe for them?
We do, every week. Pets can stay home, ideally in a room we have already finished. Our standard products are fine around animals once surfaces are dry; prefer a specific pet-safe or fragrance-free product? Leave it out and we use that.
How do recurring schedules work in Tampa, and will I get the same crew?
You pick weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and a day of the week, and that slot stays yours. We keep the same crew on your home wherever the schedule allows, because a team that knows your floors and preferences misses less. No contract; pause or change frequency with a text.
Should my first Tampa cleaning be a standard clean or a deep clean?
Cleaned professionally within the last month or two? Start with a standard visit. Longer than that, or buildup on baseboards, grout, blinds and inside appliances? Start with a deep clean so recurring visits can hold the standard. Older Seminole Heights and Tampa Heights houses with original wood floors usually start deep.
I rent near USF. Can you do a move-out clean for a deposit inspection?
Yes, it is one of the most common jobs we do in the university area. The empty unit is cleaned top to bottom, including inside cabinets, the oven and the fridge, which landlords check first. Send us the inspection date and we schedule the clean for the day before.
Getting to you
Under half an hour down the interstate from our base

Tampa is on the daily route, not a special trip, so a booking in Seminole Heights or downtown usually lands inside the same week.
